This is quite a concern coming from Nigeria as some parts of the country is withnesing water shortage. Despite the frequent rainfall in the land there is still the shortcoming of portable water. Have you noticed this if you are a Nigerian and resident in the country.

The various water corporations have overtime stopped dispensing water as they have been abandoned by the workers and government and have even become moribound. This calls for serious concern as Government itself goes about installing boreholes in communities when it can actually refurbish this corporations and make them functional to the public.
